Too Many Chances for Errors!
We made a mistake in last week’s promotional newsletter subject email about our Chain Sale. It said 15% off instead of 10% off because we copied the template from the previous week and failed to make that correction. It was only incorrect in the subject line, but we know it caused confusion. Sorry to all of you who may have been confused by that. We stuck with the 10% discount offered in the newsletter, on abeadstore.com, on DailyBeadSale.com, on Facebook, on Twitter, in this blog and so forth because that the way it was published and intended. Many promotional items had already ordered and been shipped before we even knew about the error.
We have a lot of places we post information, and we do the best we can to keep them in sync and accurate, but sometimes we mess up. We really DO want you all to let us know when we make mistakes as we don’t always find errors quickly.
We also made the mistake of exposing our “promotion” page for abeadstore.com last Friday instead of tomorrow. The coupon was not active yet, so if you tried to use it, you probably got frustrated. Once again, we apologize. The sale is now really live and here it is!
